Rick Erling is a founding member of R2 Business Ventures, LLC and a principal in The CxO Group, LLC., a Dallas, Texas based management consulting firm.  The firm specializes in a holistic approach to business performance improvement by integrating sales, marketing, business strategies and financial performance to maximize corporate revenue growth.

He is a certified CEO coach, business strategist and the firm's senior practice executive working with start-ups, privately held companies and Fortune 1000 companies in both the public and private sector.

As a managing partner at R2, Rick is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of R2 and it's subsidiaries.

Rick has more than 20 years of sales, marketing and strategy experiences at Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS) (NYSE:EDS) , UGS Siemens, Intergraph, Cincom Systems, Tecnomatix, and the Bell Aerospace division of Textron (NYSE:TXT).

Nick is Corporate Counsel for R2 Business Ventures, LLC and is a principal in The Law Office of Nicholas R. Smith. Nick graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Business marketing and management in May, 2004. Nick the went on to attended The University of Tulsa College of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor in May, 2008. Nick took the Texas BAR exam in February of 2008. Nicholas was subsequently licensed to practice in the state of Texas on May 22, 2008.
